Carole Jeghers (Born March 29 1956) is a voice actress who voiced Mrs. Parker throughout the entire English version of the television series. She also provided additional voices in Disney's The Emperor's New Groove, Monster's Inc., Cinderella II: Dream's Come True, The Little Mermaid, The Rescuers Down Under, Mulan, Home on the Range, Brother Bear, Beauty and the Beast: The Enchanted Christmas, Treasure Planet, Pocahontas II: Journey to a New World, Atlantis: The Lost Empire, A Goofy Movie, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Hercules, The Fox and the Hound 2, Finding Nemo, Cars, The Lion King 1½ and Dinosaur. Jeghers also provided the creature voice of sound vocal effects in Warner Bros's Quest for Camelot and The Iron Giant. Jeghers provided the voice of Octopus in Return to Never Land, Madame Medusa, Anastasia, Drizella, Laverene and Esmeralda in House of Mouse, Lady Ratcliffe in Aladdin, Julliana in Tom and Jerry Tales, Unagi the Dragon in Avatar: The Last Airbender, Singing voice of Cinderella in Cinderella III: A Twist in Time, Kala in Kingdom Hearts series, Wildebeest in The Lion King, Alligators in Jungle Cubs, Woman holding the Baby in Beauty and the Beast, Crocodiles in The Lion King II: Simba's Pride, Lady Alice Greystroke in Tarzan, Baby Baboons in Tarzan & Jane, Policewoman in SpongeBob SquarePants and Nurse in Goof Troop.
